To secure your booking, all customers are required to pay the full crossing ticket fee plus half of the total journey fee upfront. This helps us cover the cost of booking the crossing and secures your reservation. Once the crossing is booked, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
The remaining balance must be paid either 48 hours before the journey or at the time when you meet the driver.
If you cancel the journey 48 hours before the scheduled departure, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid (excluding the crossing ticket fee, unless a Flexi Plus ticket was selected). Cancellations made after this time will result in a 0% refund of the total payment.
